Introduction to the Primary Series @ Ashtanga Yoga San Francisco

Noah and Kimberly Williams will be subbing for AYSF owner/teachers Heidie Lender and John Wilhelm while the duo is traveling in India, December 14-January 4. The Williams' ran a popular studio in Silver Lake for many years before relocating to Hawaii. During their time teaching in San Francisco, Kimberly will also lead an Introduction to Primary Series class

Introduction to the Primary Series with Kimberly Williams
"This special four-day workshop will introduce beginning students to
the principles and practice of Ashtanga Yoga including the foundation of Ujjayi breath, bandhas, and drishti. These classes will prepare students for AYSF's morning Mysore program. This 4-class workshop is being offered twice."

Monday-Thursday, December 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th - 5:00pm-6:15pm

OR

Wed-Fri, December 26th, 27th, 28th - 5pm-6:15pm
and Sunday December 30th (10am-11:15am)

$45 (pay before December 10th); $55 (after December 10th). Checks or cash only.
